The power does not turn ON.
What is the situation?
- Is the battery being charged?

The power does not turn ON while the battery is being charged mounted on the bike. To turn the power ON, stop charging the battery.
Also, if you start charging the battery with the bike turned ON, the power will be forced to be turned OFF.
- Are you using a cycle computer with a release mechanism such as SC-EN610/SC-E6100/SC-E6010?

The bike does not turn ON with the cycle computer detached. Check for contamination around the contact terminal, then install the cycle computer on the bracket.
- The indicator on the battery or power button does not illuminate even when the power button is pressed.

Can the battery be removed easily?
- Remove the battery, then press the power button to check the indicator status of the battery by itself.

If there are no problems with the battery
The drive unit, cycle computer, or assist switch may not be connected properly or may be broken. Contact your place of purchase or a distributor.Charge the battery. If the problem still persists, contact your place of purchase or a distributor.
